Department of Fine Arts
The Department of Fine Arts fosters the creative capacity of students to meet the demands and upcoming challenges for future art professions by cultivating in students an artist’s passion as well as teaching them theory and studio work. Students will experiment with conventional media such as drawings, paintings, sculptures, prints, and high-tech media which utilize modern science and technology, including video, animation, and photography. They will cultivate critical thinking abilities and develop expressional skills through art theory.
The department’s cross-disciplinary education curriculum across genres and media types is intended to produce highly qualified progressive artists and excellent art professionals.
